I was thinking these two could be trouble buddies. The kind of friends that don't really know a lot about each other, except for the fact that the other is a ton of fun to hang around. Dawn is pretty guarded when it comes to people and her emotions; so it's not likely that they'd have much of a bond. If James has an aggressive personality, Dawn would not only be intrigued by him, but she would feel challenged and act out as well.

dawn: that sounds like the type of relationship james would have with someone. he doesn't know too much about her, but knows just enough that they always have a good time together. so it's kind of like james has a bad influence on her? |
