( never trust her )
cassia has successfully been here at this place for a week and she was happy about it. she had moved out here last tuesday and today was monday. she had been here for almost a week, but rounded off basically it was a week. she was already so far into the mix and she loved it. she had met, dominic - who she hated, she had wanted more than anything to in a way ruin his reputation, she wanted him to know that this was her town now and he needed to back off. seriously, no one could take her place. she was the HBIC, and no one knew it..yet. she thought the people out here where almost too friendly for their own good, well some of them. dominic reminded her of some of the people back in new york. the ones that where so friendly where so clueless at the same time. but, she wasnt completely heartless. she did actually want to befriend some of the people she had met. like jude, she was there when she was having a bad day. plus, jude had a lot going for herself and she had a blast talking to her.
she also met mason online, she'd have fun with that one. mason somehow in the industry and a lesbian who well, hated bi-sexuals. she was taking notes. plus the girl had told her she had a girlfriend named jude, the town was small and she did meet a jude before she had told her that. she also met ringo, he was extra nice. instead of thinking he was foolish because of so, she liked it. she really enjoyed ringo's company. he was a great guy to talk to, she felt like she could look into his light blue eyes forever. ringo was definitely on her good list, that list was hard to get on to.
she also met juliet love calloway. the girl with the beautiful full name. she was cute and bubbly, and a sweet as candy. good thing for her, she actually liked her. unfortunately, things wouldnt be that way forever. so eah, she had her ups and downs but she had made it this far. everyone still believed she was that nice and sweet rich girl who moved from new york. everyone but dominic believed that, and thats why she believed he was her number one enemy here. way to go? she made not only new friends, but new enemies. the girl was making herself right at home. there was also some one else she met out here, some one she would be running into tonight. she met jason, he was pretty much an asshole and a big jerk. he was straight up, and bold if you asked her. he seemed like the bad boy, she would have admired that, but he had caught an attitude with the wrong person. she felt like the guy had some serious issues and was showing them to the wrong person. she didnt, however, want him to see how she was when she got angry...no, dominic had already did and that was enough of that. she wanted him to think that everything was all cool, and she was just a sweetheart that bumped into him at the wrong time.
parking her car, and grabbing her keys she walked into the club dressed in this with a pair of black skinny jeans and heels. she headed straight for the bar, because it wasnt too crowded and she wouldnt mind drinking tonight. just one drink, she never got drunk. she hardly ever got tipsy. she barely even drunk to be correct. but hey- why not? there was nothing better to do tonight, plus she had a feeling she'd be meeting some more people here tonight. sitting down at the bar she looked to the person sitting besides her, a small smile on her face. a sweet, innocent one. it was that jerk, the one who she did not like at all. she looked at him, her smile vanished, and she said,
" ....hey, james..." she said, sighing. she looked at him once again after looking down at the bar table. " ...look, whatever i did the other day, whatever i said to get you all upset at me..i'm sorry. i'm new here and i never know the right things to do, or say. i don't know the right way how to act at times, sorry - i know how it is to have a bad day so i'm not upset or anything..." she told him. oh yes, she was putting on the sweet little innocent act of hers. one, cassia was never sorry, and two, once you came at cassia the wrong way..it was pretty hard for her to forgive you.
to bad james, you took the wrong path with the wrong girl. and this girls act was strong.

----------------------------------- Shattered windows and the sound of drums People couldn't believe what I'd become -----------------------------------
Tonight was going to be an interesting night. It was a night that James was actually not looking forward to. He was going out to a bar. So you’re probably wondering why the infamous James Morgan was dreading to go out and do what he did best; drink, dance, and snag a chick to take home and have his way with. It was basically his nightly routine. Someday this routine would probably come back to nip him in the ass somehow, but he’s been lucky so far. Well, tonight would be very different than his usual nights out. Tonight, he’ll be meeting up with a certain girl. So here comes that question again; what’s so horrible about that? Oh no, if you only knew what girl we’re talking about here. Cassia Artesia Whitlock. She was apparently new around these parts, having moved in about a week ago. Well, when he first came across this girl, it didn’t take long for her to play on his last nerves. Why she was so annoying, James had no clue. But he didn’t need a legit reason for disliking someone. He was very easily annoyed, so it was okay for him not to have a real reason and it’s just how he functioned. And so when James doesn’t like someone, he has no problem letting them know in a subtle or, depending on how clueless/dense the person is, not so subtle way. For Cassia, he picked not so subtle seeing as she seemed like a smart enough girl who could take a hint pretty well.
So he gave her a bit of an attitude when they first met, which she apparently didn’t like because she gave him an attitude of her own right back. James didn’t mind it so much, considering he’d been an asshole to her, and there were actually people in the world who aren’t complete pushovers and let people jerk them around without some form of a fight, whether it be verbal or physical. Cassia was definitely one of those exceptions. Only, she wasn’t really bitchy about it. It was a more witty reaction than anything. But she seemed like one of those sweet, innocent little girls when they first spoke. Maybe that was what had annoyed James in the first place. He had a certain hatred for the shy, sweet type girls. In his eyes, they were boring to be around, and definitely not the type of girls James was into or went for. But whatever the reason for James’s annoyance towards Cassia, the two disliked each other very much. But now he was meeting her at this bar for some kind of truce, “let’s be friends” bull shit. James honestly and quite frankly had no interest in befriending Cassia. But he decided to go anyway because there was a small possibility that she would get drunk and give it up to him nice and easy. That would be the only plus of the whole night. Though, she wasn’t that hot and she seemed too nice for words, she was attractive enough for James to go to bed with, and alcohol always had a way with loosening people up a bit.
Not wanting to impress, James dressed casually, pulling out a simple striped long-sleeved shirt and a pair of jeans. There were only certain situations in which he actually dressed nicely, and that was funerals or weddings; neither of which he’s been invited to so far in his life so really you will never catch James in anything as fancy as a suit. But there was this one time at a costume party and he wore a pimp suit…I doubt that counts as “dressing up” though. Heh. He ran a towel through his freshly washed hair a couple of times to dry it off a little. He would leave the rest of the job to the fresh air. James rolled up his sleeves as he left his large house, actually deciding to be responsible and take a cab to The Hook. It was only a precaution, because most of the time when James went out to a bar/club he almost always ended up wasted. That lead to him having to leave his car at the club so he could take a cab home and then he’d have to pick it up again in the morning. That was always a pain, and not to mention he’s had someone break into his car before. There wasn’t anything valuable inside, but still, James couldn’t believe someone would have the audacity to break into his car.
The cab pulled up to the club and James handed the driver his money. Upon entering the club, he was instantly greeted with the familiar smell of alcohol mixed in with a few not so nice body odors from those who’ve been dancing all night. That smell was always the worst when he first arrived, but after a while James either got used to the smell or got too drunk to even notice it anymore. James sat at the bar, immediately ordering a shot of vodka. He liked the strong stuff. And then, James heard a familiar voice speaking his name. James turned his head and listened to what she had to say and chuckled lightly after she had finished. She seemed sincere enough, but James wasn’t interested in expressing his feelings to her. You didn’t do anything to upset me, Cassia, he began, ordering another shot; on the rocks this time. I’m just judgmental and annoyed very easily. Maybe you caught me on a bad day, or maybe I just don’t like you. Either way, thanks for apologizing I guess… he replied with a light shrug, chugging down the last of the shot. word count: 956 status: finally done tag: cassia whitlock outfit: bom chicka wah wah notes: thank goodness i finished. xD again sorry for the wait. listening to: Halo - Beyonce

cassia looked back over at him once he replied. she didnt do anything to upset him? oh, okay.. so naturally he was just a jerk. now that was nice to know. only thing was that, his attitude would not get him far in life. especially with her, she was the wrong person to pull an attitude with, even if you where having once of your off days. she nodded, a small cute smile taking over her cute young face. she was surprised he had even remembered her name. she had introduced herself to him, sure, but something told her he wasnt to interesting in getting to know her. well, that something was his attitude. cassia definitely held grudges, no one could tell that she did just by looking at her but she did, she always did. especially when you hurt her feelings and she was sincerely trying her hardest to be nice to you. cassia could put on an act any day, but it took real sincerity to try to introduce yourself to some one in a nice respectful manner. she had wanted to get to know james, he looked like some one familiar back in new york. one of her close guys friends, that was one of the reasons she developed an interest in getting to know him. however, so far all she could tell form his was that he was a jerk with no feelings what so ever, and hmm- well apparently took out his anger on others when he was having a bad day. cassia suspected everything coming out of his mouth to be bull. judgmental? what was so wrong with her? she has a cute pretty young face and she is very innocent looking. he must be judging form the dumb part of his brain or something, dumb..just dumb.
" yeah, well, again, i'm sorry about that..but hey, you seem in a pretty happy mood right now...." she said, cut off by the maybe i dont like you she rolled her eyes slightly, then stopped int he middle of it, hoping he didnt catch her, not like her. why would he not like her, he didnt even know her. cassia suspected he was obviously a very miserable person. you had to be if you went on with your life hating the world and everyone in it ." right...um, no big deal. i tend to do it a lot, especially when i get carried away, and obviously that day i did. i'm a pretty talkative person, it runs in the family i guess" she shrugged, noticing the drink he had in front of him. hmm, she might as well of stayed a little longer, it seemed by the way he was handling his drinks he was sure to get drunk and she was sure to dig into a little detail about him. " so, are you an athlete or something, you just - you just look the part." she wasnt flirting with him, or even trying,. if he didnt catch an attitude with her a few days back she would've tried to, being that he was good looking, but to her he had no sincere personality.
jerks where never worth her interest, well thats what she thought. plus, he looked sorta older that her, well - everyone looked older than her, but still. she wouldnt flirt with anyone that was more than 2 years older than her unless there was something in it for her. and with him, there was nothing there for her but an unnecessary attitude that she didnt like at all. she decided since she had asked a question about him thats he might as well tell him a little something about herself. she had to be careful, about how talkative she would get. obviously,. judging form the first time he didnt like it to well, she didnt feel like being told off again. it just wasnt necessarily something she enjoyed." i'm a college student here, i major in journalism, and fashion. its funny, people think journalism can get very boring but i love it..." she said, asking for a shot for herself, but of course the damn bartender asked for i.d. WHAT THE HELL! just because she looked young, hot damn! she took out her wallet form her purse and showed him her i.d. she left cash out as well to pay for the few shots she would be ordering, but not drinking them all. she just wanted to seem like she was drinking with him. when many people drunk with others they had a strange way of communicating, drunk people could just tell each other anything, the thing about it was that she'd only be drinking one. which could handle her petty well, she'd let him go off with dirnking a lot more.
she slowly sipped the shot of vodka down, she tried her best not to make a weird-ed out face. she didnt drink much and this was disgusting! ewww. she kept a small smile on her face." so...how many of those do you think you could handle? " she said talking about the shots.
