Well I did get up very early this morning & go to the gym.
Only for my leg to give way at the pool & end up spraining my knee... I can barely walk!
Highly embarrassing. Especially since I was dripping wet & freezing cold!
What about you? Don't tell me you've been avoiding trouble??
